How it started
The kitchen runs the same way it always has — sauces built from scratch each morning, dough made fresh, nothing from a jar.
The daily kitchen
Every sauce, every dish — made from scratch, every day. That means San Marzano tomatoes on the Margherita Italiano, pignoli nuts and fresh basil in the Gnocchi al Pesto, and fresh ricotta inside the Stuffed Rigatoni.
A menu built on tradition
The menu moves from handcrafted pizzas and pastas to Chicken Saltimbocca, Shrimp Vesuvio, and a seafood combination of mussels, scungilli, clams, and calamari — Italian-American cooking with nothing held back.
